- How are Bestbobbleheads.com.au bobble heads made?
Our bobble head statues are made of polymer clay. It is a compound generally used for statues, figurines, and decorative furniture. It is a sturdy material that can be inctricately molded, allowing a great level of detail with consistent texture. - What type of statues have you made before?
We've made police officer's, FBI / CIA agents, action heroes, surfer's, marathon runner's crossing the finish line, swimmer's, divers, sports fans, basketball players dunking a ball, hip-hoppers, rappers on a mic, soccer players, political figures, bride and groom wedding toppers, tennis players, fisherman, firemen, dogs, cats, snakes, lizards, people in cars, people in scooters, golfers, rock stars, babies, you name it, we've probably made it. - Can you make statues of famous people?
We have in the past, but for those famous people only. Generally, we cannot make statues of any person that profits from their own image such as professional athletes, musicians and actors. However, we can make statues of political figures and NCAA athletes, as these do not infringe upon United States copyright/parody laws. - Can I return my statue for a refund?
We are sorry if you have to file an RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) request. In order to help you to get your return/refund smoothly, please read below policies carefully in advance.
1. We can refund you the total value, if the order is canceled in 48 hours. But this policy is not suitable for the expedited order.
2. We believe our products have the best quality and most favorable price. But if the order is canceled over 48 hours, 50% of the total value will be charged for the costs of material and labor. As this is a customized goods, we cannot sell it out again.
3. We have bought freight insurance for each order, if breakage happened, please report in 24 hours after you received the package, otherwise, express company cannot ensure that it is belongs to a damage on the way, we also cannot recreate for free.
4. Please kindly note that an RMA number is required for each return. Our RMA department will not process your return without the RMA number.
5. Request for return or complaint must be filed within 7 days based on the original delivery date of your package. Any quality issues should be proved with photograph documents and problem description. For customer service contact, you will be directed to "Contact Us" for further assistance.
6. Returnmust be completed, unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging. Any item altered or with odors (perfume, smoke, etc)is not returnable.
7. Once we approve your RMA request, an RMA number will be sent to you accordingly. Please tag/print/write the RMA number on the outside of your shipping package.
8. RMA number will be expired after 3 days once we issue it, therefore, we suggest you sending back the package to us as soon as possible. Also, the returned package should be postmarked within 3 business days and at the same time offer us relevant courier & tracking information for us to track your returned package.
9. After receiving the returned package, our RMA department will process the RMA as well as inspect the returned items. For a refund RMA, the refund funds will be posted to you,Due to tailor merchandise can not be sold again, we will deduct 70% of the cost (materials and labor),please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank to make it available. The processing time is vary and according to your bank’s policy.
10. Bestbobbleheads.com.au reserves the rights to deny credit if items returned in unacceptable condition.
11. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns marked COD for insufficient postage will be refused.
For special attention: Please send returns by postal service which is preferred.
- How good do the photographs need to be?
Your statue can only be as good as the photograph you send us -- its all we have to work from! Please be careful to send us photographs that are a good likeness of the person you want sculpted, preferably with a similar facial expression to the one you want the statue to have.
Side view photos help us capture profile characteristics like nose length and angle, forehead depth, and chin angle. If you do not provide the side view photo, we can still do a great statue, however, it may not necessarily look like the person from the side. - Do the resolution of the photos I send in matter?
As long as the photos are large enough to see the details of the face, the resolution does not matter much. - Can I mail in my photographs if I do not have a digital copy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept photographs. As an alternative, you may also have photos scanned onto a disk or CD at a local copy shop such as FedEx Kinko's. You may then email the digital image. - How long does the entire process take?
We aim to have your statue delivered to you within 2-4 weeks of the date you placed your order. The proofing stage generally dictates the time it takes to complete your order.
